Our Kladdkaka

In episode 2 of the Food Network's show Baking Championship: Next Gen, we made this kladdkaka. A kladdkaka is a Swedish cake known for its fudgy and sticky texture. Kladdkakas are traditionally made with semi-sweet or dark chocolate, but we like making ours with blonde chocolate for more caramel notes.
